A search of Iraq and Graceland has yet to uncover the weapons in either location.

Through mediators in Egypt, Hamas, the Islamist party in control of Gaza, and Israel have reached a ceasefire agreement going into effect today. This is good news. Obviously whenever fighting between two parties stops, a positive step has been taken. However, where to go from here is very much unclear. The initial agreement is only for 3 days, and there appears to be little that can be done after that. Israel will allow some additional materials into Gaza if the peace holds, and there will be negotiations for prisoners. These seem like significant steps forward.
Granted, the ceasefire itself was already a huge step in the right direction, but there still is little to no way out of the conflict Hamas and Israel have put themselves in without violence. The helicopter crew spotted the aircraft earlier this month

A police helicopter crew has spotted what is described as an unusual aircraft in the Vale of Glamorgan.
The helicopter was above St Athan, which is home to an RAF base and close to Cardiff International Airport.
But three-man crew could not capture any images before the object vanished over the Bristol Channel on 8 June.
South Wales Police said the helicopter did not give chase and described the crew as very experienced. The sighting has been reported for investigation.
The police Eurocopter, an EC135T21, was hovering in the sky at 0040 BST above the base, waiting to land.
A police spokesperson said: “The crew are very experienced and responded in a professional manner in relation to what they saw.

First came self-service bicycles, and now Paris is launching a green scheme to provide electric cars that drivers can pick up and drop off anywhere in the city.
The Socialist mayor, Bertrand Delanoë, announced yesterday that from the end of next year, 4,000 electric cars will be placed around Paris and its outskirts for drivers in the scheme to help themselves for short journeys. It is the first electric car project of its kind in a capital city.
“This could revolutionise transport,” Delanoë told French radio. He has doubled the projected cars from 2,000 to 4,000 and expanded the target area beyond Paris’s ring road.
In less than a year, Paris’s army of cheap, on-street hire-bicycles called Vélib’ has transformed transport habits and bike awareness. The fleet of carbon-neutral hire-cars called Autolib is the mayor’s next phase in green transport.

Today is World Refugee Day and I just wanted to take a moment and put that out there.  When I was younger I swore I was going to be a Refugee Aid Worker (up until I realized that the pay isn’t quite what I was looking for) but it is a rewarding job nonthe less.  I’ve had the pleasure to work for UNHCR  in Geneva due to my family connection ( shout out to ML!!) and LOVED the experience.
